Disclosure Policy
The Federal Trade Commission requires that I disclose any relationship I have between a product manufacturer or service provider when I write about a product or service.

Here are the guidelines I operate under here at Jill’s Bold Visions blog:

I am an employee of Promethean – I serve as the Senior Education Strategist. Sometimes I may include links to Promethean products in my posts here on Jill’s Bold Visions.

No blog post is ever written solely for the purpose of advocating for Promethean products.

I also blog via Promethean’s blog site Connected Learning Today and the posts there are done specifically at the request of Promethean.

No advertiser will ever influence the content, topics or posts made in this blog.

These are good rules and practices in today’s digital world. It’s important for you to understand the relationship between a person discussing products and the manufacturer or service provider.

If you don’t see a disclosure policy on a blog, that reviewer may be violating the law or at the very least the Code of Ethics.

The opinions on Jill’s Bold Visions by Jill Hobson may not necessarily reflect the views of my employer. This blog is a separate entity.
